Key rules
- Multiple Profiles: Creating multiple profiles is prohibited.
- Opposite trading/hedging across multiple accounts or traders
- Over Leveraging: Placing random large trades without a strategy will be flagged.
- Tick scalping: defined as opening and closing a trade within 10 seconds. If over 10% of your trades are tick scalps, you will receive a warning, and repeated violations will lead to account termination.
- Using a single electronic device for trading between multiple customers is prohibited.
- It is strictly prohibited for anyone to pay for a Fintokei service on behalf of someone else, regardless of the payment method used. We call this practice unauthorized third-party payment.
- It’s prohibited to use multiple IP addresses from many countries when connecting to your Fintokei Demo accounts or mask the IP addresses.
- One-sided betting: placing big trades during high volatility or news events without a strategy, hoping for a spike
- Account rolling: pushing the accounts to the limits, then buying another ones
- All-in trading: effectively achieving the Profit Target in one trade (or in a few similar trades on the same instrument)
- Maximum allowed risk: The maximum allowed risk of opened trades is 3%. The risk on open trades is calculated based on stop losses set by the trader (if applicable and visible in the platform) and on the Value at Risk (VaR) analysis over a specific period or trading session, whichever is lower.
- Profit Target: Achieving the profit target in one trade (or a few similar trades in one day) is prohibited.
Consistency Rules: If gambling practices are detected, consistency requirements will be enforced, including:
- Requirement to use Stop Losses.
- Limit on maximum risk per trade, per account, or per day.
- Capping maximum daily profit.
- Capping maximum daily loss.
- Reducing leverage.
- Setting maximum daily lot exposure.
- Restricting trading during news.
- Apply 40% Consistency rule** for the Payout request eligibility
- Apply a Net positive payout policy for the Payout request eligibility
- Apply Dynamic Performance Reward to your virtually funded accounts, as it is defined in the FPP Terms

- You can withdraw a minimum reward of either 100 EUR, 100 USD, 2 000 CZK, or 20 000 JPY from the virtual ProTrader or StartTrader account after 14 days have passed since your last withdrawal or your first trade.
- For the virtual SwiftTrader account, a minimum profit of 3% is required, with payouts available every 14 days.
